Exiting the transit area requires a visa, which can be a hassle for transit passengers!!! A clearer notification about room time slots would enhance experience, especially when transferring!!! Location on Level 2 is confusing for first-time guests!!!

Stayed in this property for 1 night and liked our choice. Welcoming staff and warm rooms, we had a very comfortable experience. The location was convenient and absolutely perfect for Noi Bai, short walk to good restaurants, the terminal and International airport. Plus it was max 25 mins walk to the lake. Coffee bar was there.

The staff were accommodating, allowing an early check-in, which made my stay seamless. The compact design of the pod was surprisingly effective for a restful sleep before my midnight flight.

The bed was so comfortable! I almost forgot I was in an airport. They had this little snack pack waiting for me, it was a nice touch after a long flight. Air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with the airport chaos around.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still more than acceptable for what it offers.

Super comfy Twin Room with Shared Toilet. Air conditioning was a lifesaver! Had a tv and good wifi. The shared toilet was clean and convenient. Right at the airport, perfect for my layover. Staff were really helpful even at odd hours, always around to assist. Felt safe with key card access.
